Yeah, I'm getting towards the end of AC2 now and I'm looking forward to Brotherhood -- but not nearly as much as Revelations, because Constantinople is such an amazingly awesome setting for a game like this.

It's rad. I liked AC1 conceptually and narratively but in practice it's just too tedious to actually be fun. AC2 is a lot more varied and a lot more diverse, has a lot more meaningless (but entertaining) bars to fill, and has some seriouly great design elements like the awesome Assassin's Tombs -- plus it fixes the really obnoxious parts of the guard/notoriety system from AC1 -- which all combine to make it really enjoyable to actually play. It's got pretty much everything I ever used to like about other, older open-world games without the many (many, MANY) problems I always had with them.
