Yeah, it is a Win7 system, though I was offered 8 for some extra cash (turned it down). How come?

Same problems, even when using just Windows Update for other stuff. The store is hunting for another of the same model, but need to wait for that since its coming from the other end of New Zealand.

Hopefully that one is problem free. The HP customer service line sucks. Their advice was to not update, problem solved in their opinion.

I updated the graphics drivers and it has been bluescreening since.

I'm taking it in today to see what they can do.

Edit - They showed me how to do a factory default settings system restore, so hopefully I get no more problems after this. If I do get the same problem again, I won't be happy.
