I would definitely say so. Graphics were stellar, soundtrack is amazing, the controls + gameplay are all very solid + tight. While the plot is predictable and not too great, the writing itself is phenomenal. (Especially any time Fidget opens her mouth) As for your complaint there, can't say I've ever had that happen. The game prevents you from running to the next screen if there are baddies in your immediate vicinity, but that's really all I've noticed that fits your description.

Let's see. . . I remember being distracted by something else, but in addition to that the entire last month has been very little video gaming that wasn't Persona 3. (Warmachine/Hordes journeyman league at the game shop) As a result, I've not been giving much time at all to video games. (Again, those that aren't Persona 3 anyway)

The hope is that October will mark a glorious return to said gaming, and I'll see about getting back to Ico in there. :3

Brainlord is an extremely terrible/wonderful, but extremely nostalgic, and underrated game. Congrats on beating it.
