As far as Dark Souls II and Bloodborne goes, I'm not really sure. DSII is a lot of the same from what I hear, but it is the same of something good. Bloodborne sounds like a really interesting take on the formula by removing shields altogether. Good shields really trivialized some fights in Dark Souls.
