Going back for one last DSiWare title. Weirdly enough, I've never played this in my life, and I'm totally addicted :) Currently at LV33 as a Knight.

Sad thing is, at this time last year, my 3DS collection was down to 1-2 , then so many good but long ones came out.

Actually not sure when I'll get to it. I'm prioritizing my gaming goal so, once I Alphadia 2 I'll likely so something quick like Super Punch-Out!! (to warm up for the Wii version) then jump to Elite Beat Agents for the regular DS game clear.

I do know how you feel on trying to finish something before starting another, though.

I am more excited for Kirby than any other game coming out this year so far. The recent ones are so polished and have great level design. Kirby has slowly become my 3rd favorite franchise ever...right behind Mario and Zelda.

I legit can't think of a Kirby game I haven't enjoyed at least some. Closest is Dream Course but that is so far off from the basic formula anyway...even for a spin off.

Looks like Infinite Dunamis set a good first impression. I didn't have time last night to try it out but will have time this weekend.

US sale price is currently $20, and there's time to weigh it over. Definitely getting Infinite Dunamis once I get home.

Looks like the sale price for both Stella Glow and EOU2 met your expectations. I can only afford Infinite Dunamis but I'll likely get Sonic Generations next week after I get paid (as it should still be on sale then).

Stella Glow is a beautifully-presented game and it's best enjoyed it you liked the Luminous Arc series since it's a spiritual successor.

Based on impressions from the trailers, I'd take Infinite Dunamis over Mighty No. 9 any day.

Plus, with both StarTropics games and a sale on the 3DS version of Sonic Generations, my wallet's going to be hit hard.

Infinite Dunamis is out today!

Also found a quest guide for Alphadia 2 that, despite being in Portugese, is still quite readable through Google translate. Coming in super handy in cleaning up the rest of what needs to be done.

The PS4 version still had some problems, but the performance was SO much better than when I checked something on the PS3 version. Still a really great game and great battle/boss themes especially.

One piece of advice for Alphadia 2 that will save a lot of time when you play it: Don't wait until boss fights to use a characters Break Skill once their bar is full. Use each and every one as soon as you can to level them up and learn new ones as one of the quests relies on the characters learning all of them.

Checked out the PS3 and PS4 versions of Dragon Fantasy Book II and here's hoping the 3DS version runs as smoothly as the PS4 one did.

Literally in the final boss fights in Alphadia 2 right now, but had to pause and get off the train for work.

Was slightly wrong about EU's release date: Next week instead of this week. But yes, here's hoping.

Looks like we may be getting Infinite Dunamis from Kemco before long. It's being released on the EU eShop this week so hopefully there'll be something for a US release soon after.

Nope. Justice Chronicles slipped under the radar for me so I'll have to check it out. I'm not aware of any others that have 3DS ports as of right now.

While not as bad as they were in the first game, the tower dungeons are still the worst in Alphadia 2.

Yep, five games in the original series, two in the prequel series. If Alphadia 2 gets a 3DS port I'm definitely going to double-dip as the series needs good sales to ever establish the hope of seeing the ones that didn't get localized.

It's also nice to be playing a series where the game fully expects you to have played the titles in order. If someone plays Alphadia 2 without having played 1, they'll get enough information to be filled in on the story of 1, but having played through it is what's making the connection points that much more enjoyable.

It's really sad, too, since "low-budget" certainly hasn't equated to "bad." Yeah, the games in the main series are really easy, but still have good characters and deep stories. Alphadia Genesis was even better as it had a TON of character development and brought up a good point that parallels real life lesson of, "Don't punish everyone for the actions of a few."

Mostly sad that it's highly unlikely we'll ever see games 3-5 of the original series be localized. It'll be even worse if 2 has as much of an open-ended conclusion as the first.
