You can use the Compilation field to put them into a folder of sorts. For collections, I'll put the name of the collection in the Compilation field, then name every game individually. They'll still each count as individual games.

Fun fact: You can also do the same with DLC. Put the name of the base game in the Compilation field, then the name of the DLC in the Name field. The DLC will be nested under the Base game.
