☆★★★★ It plays kinda like Candy Crush, I guess. And it's free to play, also. But it has Pokémon elements, like Mega Evolutions, type effectivenesses, and special abilities. It can be pretty addicting, and they update it all the time, so it's a really big time sink.

★★★★★ What a fun, great game! The single player campaign is pretty much a 3D platformer with shooting, and the online matches are really fun an addicting. Not to mention the other extras, like the many different weapons, clothes, arcade games, etc. And even more is coming to this game for free! Awesome! Oh, and the final boss was really cool.

☆★★★★ A monster collecting RPG that looks really similar to Pokémon on the surface, but is actually very different. It's set in big, really expansive town, and you can pretty much go almost anywhere at any time, as the game follows more like an episodic story narrative. It's nice and charming. You have a lot less impact on battles in this game, as Yo-kai fight for themselves, and their actions are based on their personalities, but you can switch them out, use items, or even super moves. It's fun.

★★★★★ A really great game in the series, one of the best I've played. It really has some cool new features, like having your own castle or weapons not degrading (but having different strengths and weaknesses instead). The characters and story are also great as usual. It's not easy, and there have been a few really unlucky (and frustrating) moments in my playthrough, but I would still highly recommend it.

Really, I am just keeping Venoct there because I don't know who I should add Goldenyan can't buff the Yo-Kai at its opposite, so I rarely use Venoct anymore. At best it acts twice per battle. Maybe I should add Brainy Dandoodle? It would be a nice balance since the rest of my team is all-out attack, plus Goldenyan is basically a tank and I can heal it without problem. Mind telling me your team again? I know you already told me but I forgot
Well, it could be some awesome luck, but I'd say they StreetPassed a Pandanoko owner too. Also, as much as I understand, HomePass means buying some kind of weird device with Mac IP-changing features and repeatedly StreetPassing it.

The setup is just activating StreetPass for both systems. Frankly, if you wanted you could activate it on two different files, but there's no point in doing that.
The main thing about Pandanoko is that there is one guy who tried 1500+ times and got nothing. Even if I have 3 3DSs I can do 2 StreetPasses per day (sadly there is a 8 hour wait between two systems, Nintendo thought about this ), it'll take more than a year, maybe even 2 or 3 years with my typical bad luck. The best report is 664 tries, and that's not really good (for this system, that is). To be able to make 4 I'd need a 4th 3DS, something I'm not really looking for.
Wow, 8 Coins is LOW. I guess it's more or less like my Tunatic with the 1st/2nd Coin. What did you think of Shadow Venoct? The fact it hasn't got Venocharge make it worse than Venoct for me. Good luck for the other two! What you're missing are probably the most useful ones, especially Cruncha.

Well, I used to suck badly at RPGs and strategy, and I've started to get better just recently. However, I still have some of those thoughts. Just like considering every used item a waste, though Yo-Kai Watch helped me change about this thought.
It doesn't make much sense to me to sell Shrimp Rice Balls only in that store. It's kind of what Nintendo did to amiibo in the US.
I just googled "Pandanoko" and opened the first few links. Apparently it takes a ton of tries, though. I might as well just not bother with it and pretend I could get it anytime.

Yeah, but I feel safer knowing I have tons of money
Already went there because Kyubi. Went again and bought a few more rare items like Bleghels, but still no trace of Shrimp Rice Balls.
EDIT: They are sold at the Breezy Hills Everymart only, which just happened to be the one I ignored until just now because I didn't activate Mirapo there
As for Pandanoko, you can seemingly get him if you StreetPass someone who hasn't got it. And since I have 3 3DSs, I might just as well self StreetPass me for months until it shows up. And MAYBE finish the Medallium if I can beat Orcanos. I guess it works similarly to Gargaros, just much stronger? So spam Goldenyan's Soultimate?

I have a ton of money anyways Between money I already have and Dolls I have gone over 17k.
I did that time ago, I used up almost half of them already. I just didn't get the best Rice Balls and Milk, because they are limited (can you even get more than 5 Shrimp Rice Balls?), and many top Fishes, Meat and such because they are too expensive.

BTW, I succesfully predicted when I would befriend Snartle I understand what you meant by "it was hard". My strat was spamming Goldenyan's Soultimate (lvl 10 + Venoct Gauntlet) to enchance Gilgaros (also has Venoct Gauntlet) and Shogunyan. I also used a ton of Hidden Hits and Soul Secrets. Cruncha is a good alternative to Gilgaros, but you had neither, so you didn't have 2 good attackers to pummel Snartle. Too bad I have little Hidden Huts and Soul Screts left for Snartle My goals for now are probably all Legendary Yo-Kai, 70% Medallium Completion and at least a full Tribe, and Brave seems to be my best shot right now.

As you can see, I took your advice; I got to the second or third stage, and ran into some stupid minigame, and decided that I wasn't going to drag myself through 3 games of that. I really enjoyed the DS game, and I think I'm just going to leave it at that. So yeah, thanks for the tip; now, I can move on to more exciting things!

Added him. Now I just need to pair it with Gilgaros (I found Kyubi kinda useless) and maybe I finally have a good team (that does not use elemental attacks, screw Wobblewok). However, it looks like it has a steeper curve than other Rank S Yo-Kai (for example, it takes 8 EXP to bring it to lvl 2, others just take 7). I dunno if this applies to other Legendary Yo-Kai, Shogunyan is not behind the rest of my team.

I completely forgot about Gilgaros Cruncha is actually a pretty good Yo-Kai, definitely not up there with Shogunyan, but a good attacker and also a good tank. Mine has 450+ HP and looks like it could get close to 550 by lvl 99. It also cancels the possiblity for your Yo-Kai to Loaf, and that is also really useful.
I'm kinda tempted of scanning in all the QR Codes I didn't yet. Something tells me it won't be long before I get it, and I am rarely wrong when it comes to RNG for some reason.
EDIT: And I wasn't wrong! I just needed 4 more tries. Really glad the worst part of this infernal machine is out of the way! Is it worth grinding Holy Exporbs to get him in my team? I think it might be more worthy than Appak. Also unsure about Gilgaros, has a 75 power Attack, a 50 power Electric Technique, a 300 power single-target Soultimate and a "insane DEF"-boosting Insprit. Plus it makes an Unit with Goldenyan.

There, I defeated Wobblewok too now. Are you happy now? I had a lot of trouble with it even with a lvl 70 team, I had a lot of trouble sustaining all the damage it dealt. Snartle seems easier by comparison.

Well, it is more than nothing, but still counts as nothing. BTW, do you get Pandanoko if you StreetPass someone who hasn't played Yo-Kai Watch in a while but still has it? Because everyone in Japan is likely playing the third game right now.
Eyedra is at the first floor. You descend for a while to the second floor but still go up again.
I wouldn't worry much. Appak is still in my team and has Penetrate, Kyubi is Brainy. I also have a strong Chilhuahua with Penetrate not in my team. As for normal attacks, Shogunyan and Cruncha are Grouchy.

I don't think Sun and moon will be interesting enough to spawn a sequel, even with possibilities like water pollution or global warming.
I actually considered a possible blindfolded "face-the-other-way" run after all Perfects. I found your video, now I just need to not be lazy and watch it
Yeah, that's right, but there is a key difference between Pandanoko and mythicals. You can get a reward without any mythicals, you don't get 100% Medallium completion without Pandanoko.
You mean the Sproink remake? I already beat him. You need to get a Golden Tofu in order to befriend Kyubi, and that's dropped at the third floor.
A couple of reasons, but mostly algae. Algae everywhere. They already invaded part of the Mediterranean sea but now they made their way to where I'm currently staying. They weren't there last year. I hate algae, so I might just as well focus on videogames at home next summer. I'll probably make less progress during the year.

Actually, I just had an idea I already shared with bensk1: what if Sun and Moon focused on new Pokémon while the Gen4 remake focused on Mega Evolutions? Sinnoh would actually be a good place to include some more Mega Evolution backstory.
OK, OK, I cheaped out, I admit, I'll change them back
That reinforces your status as much better gamer than me. I thought 80% of Perfects were impossible I would count them as , since they're basically no-hit runs. I also marked it as because it's more than . I did get all Superbs, after all. I could have just settled for OKs and stop at Remix 7, but I didn't.
As for Yo-Kai Watch, I didn't see the minibosses as sidequests, more like challenges for the Medallium. Same for the Infinite Inferno. But I definitely wouldn't want to grind to lvl 90 or so to take on Orcanos. The Medallium is because Pandanoko. Ignoring it completely is just as bad as ignoring Pandanoko like bensk1 did, you get no rewards inbetween. So yeah, I'll just finish the Infinite Inferno and fight all mini-bosses, I guess. Give me an hand, though Is a lvl 65 team OK to take on the Infinite Inferno? And also, I'm sure I haven't found all minibosses. I found Skreek, Awevil and Grainpa, but you mentioned one in the Side House of the Old Mansion. Am I missing someone else?
Oh, and good luck finding Pandanoko in Japan, hope you'll have a good time! I'm not really enjoying my "true" vacation right now, but whatever.

Had a look at that part of the trailer again, and I imagine Game Freak wanted to show what Hyper Training does after a lot of work. Trailers are supposed to make everything cooler.
Well, you are right about Bug-types. Still, the ratio is more than you would expect.
As for Fairies, I'm sure this is to finish the work Gen6 has started. They want to make Fairy-types more common.
Still hoping they haven't stopped adding Mega Evolutions after just one generation.

At least those have some feature that makes them stand out from similar Pokémon. The only different thing between Solgaleo and Pyroar at first glance is the color.
If you're referring to competitive people, then I understand.
Well, that would not be a nice move. I bet they only raise 1 IV at a time and are stat-locked, just like Beans from Mario & Luigi RPGs, specifically Paper Jam which introduced Defense, Speed and Mustache Beans. In that game they are limited, but easily found everywhere. In Pokémon they'll probably be unlimited but hard to obtain. They'll probably cost as much as HMs or more.
Keep in mind we only saw about 15 Pokémon, of which 5 or so are Bug-type. They haven't revealed everyonr, so the Gen7 Bugs to Gen7 Pokémon will likely decrease, but I'm not seeing it drop below 1:4. That's a bit excessive to me.
