Yeah, I read all about it. Sounds like they're milking the cash cow for all its worth...but despite that, yes, I will most likely end up getting it.

Its just inconvenient. Aim is fine, I go for headshots, but it doesn't help when they get me before I can line up my shot. Unfortunately, it might also have something to do with the fact that I don't play the game on the default sensitivity, the turning speed was way too slow for me, so I had to raise it to sensitivity 8 to be able to play comfortably. This dramatically increases your turning rate so scanning around you becomes quicker, but at the consequence of making it more difficult to aim precisely, which is another reason I play Hardcore, it allows for much quicker kills so you can move on much more easily. Just how it is. Low sensitivity's enhanced aim ability is great, but I much prefer my speed turning for scanning, much more comfortable, so I'll have to stick to Hardcore.

I would play regular if not for the fact that I hate how many bullets it takes to take people down. Emptying entire clips into people is not fun. To its credit, it promotes headshots, but I think its kinda bullshit when people shoot me with a short burst in some random spot and I get murdered and I empty entire clips into them and get nothing for my troubles but another death on the count. This is most aggravating when sniping, where anything BUT a perfectly placed shot will allow the player to escape with his life. In real life, if a sniper round nails you just about ANYWHERE, you're dead. I like how that reflects in Hardcore, I enjoy the edge you get when you know your life depends on how quick you can recognize an enemy, point, shoot, and move on, all in the span of about a second or less.

Although I think the main thing that promotes camping on Hardcore is Killcam. Since there is no killcam to give away your position, people will camp. Unfortunately, as much as I hate that, I hate Killcam much more, because I love to snipe on certain maps, and Killcam would just kill that completely.

Indeed. MGS3 is the best.

Also Big Boss is sexy.
