I currently don't have any games I want to part with, but thanks for the offer anyway.  I have this one store in my area that sells pretty much every game, rare or not, so eventually I'll get it. Right now it's not high priority on my wishlist to buy. | ||||

Yes, there are. Just as funny too. I'd say the overall community is pretty good. There are "factions" of every type of Sonic fan in there, but that's to be expected with this fanbase. I'd also check out [Link] and [Link] | ||||

I imported my data from earlier chapters, but it was crappy data, so it didn't help much. As I'm sure you know, there are bonus dungeons that you can do after you finish the main storyline of each chapter (I think each chapter has one). I started to do one, I forget which one (Palom, maybe?). It looked frustrating, and the game had been perfectly manageable up to that point, so I figured, why bother? Even the beginning of the final chapter isn't anything out of the ordinary. Then all of a sudden, I'm in the final area, and I'm apparently so weak I can barely even grind. I think I heard the level cap for the pre-last-chapter chapters is 40? It seems like you're pretty much expected to do it. The bosses in the last dungeon were actually mostly pretty smooth sailing once I got my levels up. But dang is it ridiculous. It's really designed for people who play RPGs just for the grind (I guess there are people who do that). | ||||||

Haha, love the message of the Backloggery.  Yeah, with the comment box, even if you used the online box above it, it still isn't enough text unless you want to start abbreviating everything. Which is why I opted to have each game in Final Fantasy IV: The After Years separated. And I also numbered mines so I don't confuse which one should be played first or last. Especially since a good storyline is spoiled for you if you played Kain's Tale before the others.  | ||

Hmm... I have to disagree somewhat on the grinding factoid. Maybe it's just different in DQV, but there's a fair amount of buffing, 'knowing-when-to-flee' and strategic healing involved. But still, you are right in the sense that the biggest factor that decides winning or losing is still, yup, how much you leveled. | ||
