 		About your trouble in FFXII, are you in Lhusua Mines, or the other one? In any case, I find level grinding to be fast in that game. Usually that's the easiest way to kill a boss, though shuffling around your Gambits can help, too. Also, it *is* possible to wander into areas that are too high for you in this game.

 		Joe Alexander appears to have been a HUGE bust for the Milwaukee Bucks. He was sent to the D-League yesterday. I thought it was really strange that he was drafted in the top 10 last year, and now I can see why.

 		Yeah, Taupy is great. Agan is my personal favorite story and battle wise. When he joined I placed him in and never took him out unless the story forced me to. xD He ended up being my best character with the best stats and weapons and such, and he was already good to begin with. xD Taupy and Rhi'a are great in battle as well, I mostly used Agan and Rhi'a, but towards the end I needed Taupy's buffs so I took Rhi'a out, but she's very useful! xD

Because flurry chains are overpowered, that's why. xD Most normal battles only need Y mashing. And yet some bosses you can barely damage without buffs... The battle system is pretty unbalanced, but I thought it was fun regardless as well. xD

 		I have never played SoTN before. My Castlevania knowledge is spotty, at best. I played CV1-3 on the NES when I was a kid, and Super CV4 at a friend's house a few years later. Then I never touched the series again until I bought OoE for DS, and eventually PoR right after that. I haven't been able to find DoS at retail or I'd have it, too (no Credit Card, so harder than for most people for me to do online purchases).

So yeah, this is only the third of the "new" style CV games I've played. I'm enjoying it so far, but I think Portrait of Ruin is my favorite.

As for Nostalgia, yeah I'm doing all the side stuff I can as it comes up. And I'm grinding a bit, too, so that may be what all that padding is in my playtime.

 		What is Sands of Destruction's battle system like? I've been looking forward to it since it was announced years ago, but I really don't know much about the combat. I'm planning to pick it up Tuesday along with Glory of Heracles.

 		So Sands of Destruction is worthwhile? Kouli was whining about how much it sucked over at Gamefaqs, so I wasn't sure, though I don't mind games that have simple turn-based gameplay.

And yeah, I'm LOVING Nostalgia. I don't know why because it's such an easy and simple RPG, but sometimes? That's all you need.

Also, I have Swap Magic, so playing the original import or the patched (burned) version won't be a problem. I need swap magic for King of Colosseum II, which is better than No Mercy.

 		What a terrible day in sports for me. WVU basketball was blown out (not a surprise b/c of how they have played the past 5-6 games), WVU football lost to FSU (sort of surprised, but kind of expected), and Oregon lost to OSU (shocked). Now what will happen? Cincy gets blown out by Florida? I hope not!!!
