You're one lucky bastid. I only ever won one game on SteamGifts.com (well, it was a bundle but that's beside the point).
Anyway, nice collection. I came mainly cause I saw Jamestown on the front page and I'm like, ahh, I'm not the only one that got suckered into this game.

Yeah, consoles are just that classic. Everyone has played one once in their life. Regardless of how great the PC is. Plus every system has their own great games, hence why the PS2 is still my favorite system to play on.

and yeah, I'm more of a console gamer myself, but I tend to spread more between consoles and handhelds, I'm getting more into PC gaming since I finally understand what I have been missing out on for so long.

and I have to agree to multiplatform games on the consoles dumbing down the PC version. I'm not much of a PC gamer right now, but I totally understand the whole situation.

A little info about me: I'm a hardcore PC gamer and have been playing computer games ever since the 1990s (the golden age of PC gaming and, especially of, computer role-playing games). I unapologetically regard console systems as inferior and console games as unsophisticated. (The only "advantage" consoles have lies in the fact that, unlike the PC, they have arcade-style fighting games -- which is why, to my shame, I own a console system...) I despise multi-platform games for two reasons:

1) Multi-platform games have dumbed down the traditionally sophisticated PC game (whose target audience is something like 18-26 and beyond) to the console player base (whose target audience is generally adolescents and teenagers). The worst casualties of this trend are well-established series (e.g. The Elder Scrolls series, the Fallout series, the Thief series, etc.) whose multi-platform "sequels" are garbage.

2) Multi-platform games are responsible for delaying the development of PC versions to accommodate console versions and, in some cases, are even responsible for discontinuing development of PC games altogether (e.g. Black Isle Studios' Van Buren project -- otherwise known as the real Fallout 3 -- was replaced with Bethesda's "Fallout 3" ).

That said, I don't mind ports -- whether from PC to console or vice versa -- or, for that matter, even console-style games being made for the PC (e.g. Anachronox) and computer-style games being made for consoles. In fact, (in moderation) it can even be refreshing. However, when games are destroyed or dumbed down in the unholy name of multi-platformism, I can't tolerate that.
