Holy moly, that's quite a leap you've made in terms of getting your collection on the site. And that's a rather sizable and impressive collection at that I might add. Are those numbers accurate in terms of games unfinished/beaten?

Hey! It's not quite cold enough for Scotland. I'm pretty much demanding snow soon, or travelling to some nearby mountains to get some for myself!

Chrono Trigger is a good game, not a bad choice to keep playing!

Well, Etrian Odyssey is an old-school style dungeon crawler. Like Wizardry, Class of Heroes, Legend of Grimrock etc... If you've played Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey then there are similarities there too. Quite slow paced, fairly challenging too but really rewarding when as you're almost constantly making progression in the game's lands. I love it, and they've certainly become better experiences as the series has gone on. If you're going to start with any, 4 is the best IMO, though they're all great, and 3 is a strong contender. Be warned though, if you finish a later one and want to try others, the advances in the series makes it more difficult to go back to earlier ones. The original Etrian Odyssey is a good nostalgia trip, but feels almost archaic in execution (pretty much the idea behind the game though...).

it's a mmorpg much like everquest, final fantasy 11, guild wars etc.I've been playing it for 4 years (reason why my backlog is big) and still continue playing,I've a bit on and off of it lately because I wanted to work on my backlog and non gaming things.wow is quite different from diablo and torchlight because alot of the endgame is raiding/pvp which requires mutiple players and the controls and gameplay is very different from diablo/torchlight

Can't say it's been that long since I last replayed it, but I want to say it's been at least a good 3-5 years ago for me. Yeah, CT's a pretty awesome game, one of the best games I've ever played. I'm gonna go through the Black Omen one last time and get the whole set of Prism Helms and Dresses before I beat up Lavos. I hardly need 'em, but since I can, I will. :P

Well, I've been trying to keep it somewhat even for the characters, although my favoritism seems to go towards Magus (whose a beast), Ayla (whom can steal some pretty nifty stuff... and is a beast), and probably either Frog (an overall well-balanced character) or Crono (practically god-tier with the right gear on). My final party will probably be Magus, Crono, and either Frog or Robo, though. Marle gets the least use from me, though; after I finished learning all of her techs, I was pretty much done with her. She's not terrible, but her stats are rather lacking when it comes to magic and despite being an otherwise good support character, she has no means of healing the whole party without double/triple techs, which limits her usefulness to me.

Hey there, cheers! Yep, that was sitting on my wishlist for some time because it was one of the few Nintendo console Castlevanias I didn't finish at the time--the other was Castlevania X (SNES). Let's see how I fare 20 years later. :P

Late reply! Yeah, so little time, always work! I've had to cut down what I'm playing to just one or I'll never finish anything! I should also stop buying new games... But I do need Etrian Odyssey 4 at the end of the month, obviously. So many non-gaming things I want/need to do as well haha!

I have played Soul Blazer, I really enjoyed it, but it is one of those rare trilogies where each next game is better than the last. I don't necessarily want a remake, but I'd love Square-Enix to put out a Soul Trilogy on the 3DS (which will never happen), or stick all 3 on the Virtual Console (which will never happen).

Once I've played enough of it, I'll be sure to let you know! :D So far the controls is pretty tight and fluid. :3 Most importantly its just as hard as it was then! xD

Well, i don't know if its my all time favorite series, but the first game is absolutely the most important game to me. I love them all though. I'd rank them 1-4-3-2. Two being my least favorite because the included strategy guide ruining the experience for 12 year old me because I had no restraint.

It's incredible. According to Civ 4 fans, Civ 5 dumbs a lot of stuff down. It's my first Civ game so I'm no expert, but I have been having such a blast with it. I played for 5 hours straight when I started. I did not even notice the time fly by. I can't remember the last game that made me do that. Must have been The Witcher 2 or Chrono Trigger. It's seriously addicting so they must be doing something right. Plus it's great for people with micromanage-itis (me). I plan to buy Brave New World as soon as I get my paycheck.

Damn Heretic, The medievil doom.

Still pretty good game. But I had less fun with the ''Sequel'' Hexen, Despite that Hexen has a better engine. The 7 portals map is such a drag...

Your having fun with both games?

Sorry for the late reply, I didn't notice your comment. I wouldn't say it was quite as good as the Monkey Island games, but it's definitely up there. If you're into the quirky style then I'd say go for it - especially since it's pretty cheap nowadays, unfortunately the puzzles are pretty easy though.
Time to play games!
