I've got Prehistorik 1 and 2 on GOG and I still don't know why I haven't jumped into them.

Something about caveman themed SNES platformers has always appealed to me. Joe and Mac is probably to blame, as I love how it goes from bright and sunny and gets progressively darker and more dangerous and depressing the further you journey from home. It feels epic for lack of a better term.

I remember seeing Prehistorik Man in Nintendo Power and was impressed by the number of levels featured in it and the way they sorta flowed together. Again, it looks like it has that same game feel.

I can't wait to check it out!

Prehistorik Man? Nuts to that, I want EarthBound, Super Mario RPG, and all those other games I've seen ported several times 'fore!

Juss kiddin'. I'm happy it's on there. Maybe we can get Incantation, Skyblazer, Metal Warriors, and Blackthorne too. That'd be tight, yo.

Interesting we're getting remasters of SaGa Frontier and Legend of Mana. We need more JP Square games! Pronto!

Drift woes gotcha down? I recommend the wireless GCN controller for Switch. While not optimized for every game (especially ones where you can't remap controls), you can use it with 3D All-Stars so as long as you're comfortable with X and Y being punch / kick or similar. Also, no drift!
