I've been convinced to try Hypnospace Outlaw, but I'm still a bit wary; Broken Reality was a game where I tried the demo, and after 2 hours had gone by without my even realizing it, I knew I had to have it. I've always been an explorer at heart, even right down to getting tours of the houses of my old clients - they were thrilled, too; the elderly don't get much company - and Broken Reality has such a beautiful world. I'm also hoping that vaporwave becomes this decade's counter-culture movement; it has a sense of aesthetic, and it's at least happy; we've had enough angry counter-culture movements, and I've been part of plenty of them.

Thanks! I made a bunch of themes a while after I would've used them, so I'm going to be rotating them for a little while until I've finished my Steam library; after that, it'll be a little more stable, I think. I usually keep my theme mostly the same, but I absolutely love palette swaps, so the colors will change from time to time. I could never get into Guilty Gear, though; I love it, but the mechanics are too complicated for me; Darkstalkers 3 is about where I'm at with Fighters. Well, and Marvel vs. Capcom 2/3, but they were made with Marvel fans that might not necessarily be hardcore into Fighters in mind, so I do alright with those.

Hey, good for you! Art is a skill that has long eluded me, but my lady is a brilliant artist, so she takes care of all that, when the need arises. My dad's always been an incredible artist and musician, too, but I've never had the patience for either. As for how things have been here, it's been alright; just finished Octopath Traveler, which I loved, and is easily my current runner-up for favorite game of 2021. Not much else, really; plugging away at this backlog as I look ahead to what kinds of games I'm going to use to bury myself even deeper.
