If you like roguelikes, and like playing them on your phone/tablet, Cardinal Quest 2 is well worth it. It has a very compelling set of systems, controls, sounds and looks great (on my Nexus 4 at least), and is very satisfying and intuitive, even though the game offers quite a bit of depth. The original one is good, but this one is even better. Also, the in-app purchases have so far proven not to be required at all. Maybe if you want to speed things up, but there is so much replayability already. 
I loved The World Ends With You (TWEWY) on the DS, I loved it on my phone. The visuals are crisps, the systems are still wonderfully interlocked and tailored to the theme. The story is still impactful, and it is one of these games where the end is only the beginning of the real meat of the gameplay. One of my favourite games ever!
