10 years of backlogging, as of yesterday. Pretty crazy. Definitely better at finishing games than I was a decade ago but I also buy far more, so it's all swings and roundabouts I guess.

I’m pleased to announce the beginning of my 3 1 scheme. That’s right, before purchasing a new video game I have to finish 3 of them. That’s 3 1

Congratulations to Red Dead Redemption for being the 100th game I've ever beaten (not including iOS games). A worthy title to bring up the century.

I don't remember but I *think* its directly behind asides when aiming in combat. Probably adjustable too

Bonkers to think it's been 8 years since I made this account. Probably been more off than on since then, but to be closing in on a decade already is a surprise. 8 years ago the 3DS had just come out and now Persona Q2 has basically wrapped up its release history. Fairly chunky cross section of my life. At any rate, it's alarming that at least 8 years have gone by since I've played some of these games. Still got a lot to get through.

Haven't got to them yet but yeah apparently the combat is better in 2 & 3

I just played through Sands Of Time for the first time myself a couple months ago and man yeah the combat's real bad.

Protip though: you can do a dive kick thing from off a wall that one-shots near enough everything very reliably, which makes the fights (slightly) less tedious. Can't remember the input exactly but I think it's basically like jump back into the wall and then press attack when locked onto an enemy
