★★★★★ There really is nothing like Mother 3. As a follow-up to Earthbound, Mother 3 deviates from the classic RPG quest to having a chapter structure with a revolving cast. The battles are more involved with rhythm based commands and unique skills per character. For me what makes this my all time favorite is the weight and emotion this story carries. Every chapter is so finely tuned and playing through the game is such a raw therapeutic experience, filled with dread but immense relief when it's over.

I wanna get all the achievements but that sounds easier said than done! By the way, if you're not playing the game in tate mode, you're missing out. It's the best way to play the game or similar games.

Know what? I think my fave-o Platinum Games game is Sol Cresta. It's a very good shooter, even if the scenery could look better.

It's good stuff! It only gets better the more you get into it. It's pretty crazy just how much everything has been changed around. Even some new cutscenes and events that are very well implemented. Just got the buggy where I'm at now.

Nobody would blame you! Try as we might, Alex Kidd, the first one at least, is good (enough) while the rest are best left in history of pre-Sonic SEGA. He represents the Master System and nothing else. Cameos in things like SEGAGAGA, Sonic All-Stars Racing Transformed, and the SEGA Ages splash screen are neat and all, but his games, sadly, are ehhh to play. At least they have good presentations. Keep on chomping that hamburger with leaf lettuce there, Alex.

Those are my exact feelings and also my exact plan too lol. I love Klonoa's DtP design so much and I'm happy with all the touchups they've done to Klonoa's Wiimake. It makes perfect sense why they're using that as the basis since the work is already done. The lighting is now much brighter and vivid and the textures look great too. If there's gonna be a physical Switch version of the remaster then I'll definitely be grabbing that and then a Steam copy when that releases at a later date.

I hope you're excited for Klonoa coming back too! DtP is one of my favorite games and its remaster looks so good. I'm so happy that small, cat-eyed Klonoa is back too. Klonoa 2 being included and finally rereleased is just great and a big deal too. Here's hoping Klonoa 3 is possible.

I'm glad you liked it, it was easily my favorite game from last year. If you liked the story and characters of Chicory, I recommend a game called Wandersong from the same creator. It's not as involved in terms of gameplay but I can't recommend it enough.
