Monster World IV JPN
Wii Virtual Console blesses us with imports previously unknown to the West! Great game but more linear than Wonder Boy in MW. Nice platforming!

A wonderful, colorful little gem of a platformer with some great bosses. Game Freak is cool but I'll never play their Pokémon titles.

Contra: Hard Corps
Easily one of the best Genesis games and one of the best Contra games as well. All paths and endings completed. Top tier 16-bit era stuff.

Beaten with both John and Eric. I definitely enjoy this more than Super IV. Right up there with Rondo. Slept on for sure.

Exsqueeze me? Baking powder? Game Freak did Magical Taruruuto-kun? And here I thought their only Genesis game was Pulseman.

Lol thank you for reading my comment on Flower, Sun & Rain
I love basically any work from Suda, but I think that port summoned Satan in my room in more than one occasion for that crunchy as hell speach . The story also blew me away, especially since I've played The Silver Case first. I highly recommended it if you liked FS&R.

When the world will be graced with a Saturn Mini will be finally worthy enough to be saved. Even with just Panzer Dragoon Zwei and Saga remastered. Also because trees.. I guess.
Jokes aside, I'm so in love with the arcade ports and the distinct arcade-like experiences that this console proudly showed back in the day.. I would kill for a decent Saturn/Dreamcast compilation on modern consoles.

Lol yeah it's too bad the actual game is silent. Would have been pretty interesting to hear how the rest of Duke 3D's music would have sounded with the Duke 64 sound.

Confused: Playing 10+ games at once
Hi! I use 2 stars as 'decent/average/neutral' rather than 3 because it allows more granularity on the higher end -- and I'd rather make a distinction in how much I like a game than how much I don't like one. Another way of looking at this: you've given over 100 games 5 stars, but I'm guessing some of those are closer to you than others (like NiGHTS, also one of my favorites~); I'm just using the stars to make a distinction there.

Actually, I just beat TLoZ. But, yeah, unfortunately. Since it's included in the Classic Edition, it's in my backlog, so I gotta knock it out.

Awesome!

And, the old podcast you're referring to was "WAHP: Warning A Huge Podcast." I listened to that as well. Can you believe, that originally started all the way back on 2010? At that point-in-time, I was doing a different podcast, with a gentleman named Neal (who I still talk to daily). We did ++Good Games Podcast (from 2010 --> 2014). We had conducted over 30 interviews at the time. Since then, from 2014 --> Present Day, I've been recording GVGP (Generic Video Game Podcast) with Mollie.

I still see Nick on Twitter, interacting with him here-and-there, and every once in a while, I check-in with Casey. They're good people, and legit.

Catch you around
Yet even then we ran like the wind, whilst our laughter echoed under cerulean skies...
