"Zorua can breed, the only egg you get ingame is a larvesta egg

you either use poketransfer to send a event celebi or the shiny beasts over to your BW game and access the in game events

or you can trade for them (as soon as you have your pal pad)

or you can search for them on the GTS, you can "see" a zorua in castelia city on the GF building ground floor, and you can see a zoroark on N's team."
