Oh god, Twin Age. This is what the game was for me:

STEP 1: Endure a generic story line
STEP 2: Shove your way through a short dungeon
STEP 3: Battle an easy boss
STEP 4: Wash, rinse, and repeat 20 times
STEP 5: ????
STEP 6: No profit

Time Hollow is quite good. It has an intriguing story, a great script, well-drawn anime cutscenes, and a cool art style. It makes decent use of the style as well.

It's not perfect, though. I found the plot to initially be difficult to wrap my head around; it deals *a lot* in time paradoxes and conundrums. Also, the way you're supposed to interact with the environment isn't as clear or detailed as in Phoenix Wright; you can't click on as many things, the descriptions are much more brief when you do click on something, and every once in awhile what you're supposed to click on is not obvious or just plain obscure.

Basically, if you dig text adventures and/or stories that deal with time travel, I think you'd definitely want to pick it up eventually.

I'll check it out for myself eventually.

I help write for that blog, by the way. I just haven't made any posts yet.

REPLY TO A POST ON DYSTORCE'S BACKLOG:

YES. Thief ftw :D

When I had FF III (before it was stolen), I'd never take the Thief out of my party.
