Lol what's happening

In regards to Ys VIII (Switch), I can't say I've had any complaints! Thus far in my explorations, it has performed pretty flawlessly as a port, and the hybrid nature of the system makes it rather convenient to get in some level/materials grinding whenever/wherever I feel like in the event that I'm not down for a marathon session. All in all, definitely not a regrettable purchase at all.

It's an interesting little gem, I tend to lean toward grabbing titles like this than getting newer ones, though I do still go after modern games from time to time.

I would like a copy of Rygar for myself as I played my former-roomie's cart but, it is, indeed, a spectacular game. As a fan of Golgo 13: Top Secret Episode's and Clash at Demonhead's soundtracks, it's quite a treat to hear another score by the same composer. I have yet to experience the arcade version. Someday! As for the PS2 version, I've meant to play it for some time but, also, never got around to doing.

Congrats man! I've been trogging along trying to beat more games than I have been, but things have just been terribly slow. Haven't felt motivated at all. Glad to hear I'm not the only one.

OH MY GAWWD! I DON'T BELIEVE IT! I beat a game today!!! Popful Mail for the Sega CD, the product of the Falcom Sega alliance! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYY!!! Last game I beat was in August, 2013 (Kingdom Hearts [PS2]), so yeah, it doesn't happen very often if at all, even with the motivation BackLoggery was supposed to give me... Tsk! It's gonna take A LONG TIME to knock off all the games in my backlog list, but one at a time, ya know, one at a time, eventually...

Thanks! I'd beaten it shortly before I made a Backloggery account about 5 years ago but since I didn't have it on here, wanted to play through it again since it'd been awhile and always deserves another playthrough. Definitely one of my favorites.

Just wanted to stop by and give a hearty PCFX HI to ya man

I guess I'm gonna try to enter all my completed games so this also serves as my gaming history. Kind of cool to be able to share the sum total of what made you a gamer and what partly shaped you and so forth. I got about another 100 NES games to add still (170 total just about).

Funny thing, I used to keep something called my "NES Victories List" in my dad's typewriter (digital, with some memory for document storage) as a kid where I'd enter a game in that I had rented and beaten. Thus, I was keeping track since I was a kid. I OCR scanned that document (I printed out the last copy ages ago from that typewriter before it got trashed) into text a few years back and that's what I'm going by and transferring to here.
