Go for it, the Kanto part is cool. I remember the first time I got there, seeing Red & Blue all over again but with some different stuff. I Wish the rest of the games had that kind of stuff.

A had a Xatu for Bruno, since it is a flying and psychic pokemon, it would kick most of his team in the nuts (if you give him the psychic TM) and use a water pokemon for Onix.

That's the last star? It appeared right after I got number 241, but I can't remember if I already had all those star bits. Go for the levels with Bolder mario, the usually have a hell load of star bits inside those spiky plants.

here is a tip for you. Everytime you are in the special stage, you can press start and choose restart whenever you want, as long as you dont hit the GOAL spheres. Play it and if you see yourself going to fall in one, press start and choose restart. That's how I beat the last emerald stage.
