Sounds good to me! I'm only in chapter 8 but so far I'm not finding it too difficult. The exception are the paralogues, which kind of force you to make use of gambits to get out of some situations... and that's what I'm not liking of this playthrough. They throw so many strong enemies at you at once that fixing some into place for a turn becomes a necessity, and the difference between using gambits and not is huge. I think gambits were a nice addition to the game to shake things up but I certainly don't like them being so impactful.
So I'll try doing my next playthrough on hard without batallions, probably with an additional restriction like not forging weapons or something.

Also, I'm glad you enjoyed Azure Moon! That's the first and only route I've finished and I had a great time with it. Dimitri is actually a much deeper character than it seems at first. And I found the Blue Lions to be a cohesive but diverse group, they were quite endearing as a group.

How is it playing on Hard with your restrictions? I'm currently playing the Golden Deer route on Maddening/Classic and I'll like to try something different for my next route. Not a fan of batallions so it sounds appealing.

Hello, Thank you for your quick reply. Starting college during these times will probably be a lot diffrent, I imagine. Being probably digital now. This should be able to give you a bit more free time, cutting from transit time. I do hope that you enjoy the expirience, as it was one of my favorite years of my life. I enjoyed it much more than high school.
As for your feedback, I will take that into account. Do you know if there are any significant diffrences that make the Wii U version "inferior" to the Switch? I ask because I only own the WiiU version. I got that one when it released, and at the time I didn´t have a Switch. I also have Mario Kart 8 only on the WiiU for the same reason. As I Prefer to not buy the same games twice. So I have opted to keep them in just one console for now!
After Okami I want to play Breath of the Wild. Okami is very fun so far.

Hello there! It is great you got to expirience a lot of games in many styles and genres before you start college. Although that can slow you down, it is great you got a lot of hours and diligence to play most of th games you did. I went to see your WiiU virtual console library and you have a lot of the games that I want to play for the first time. I got some N64 games, SNES, GBA and DS games, mostly ones I had either not played, or ones that I want to keep replaying forever.
Paper Mario I own on the N64 but I haven´t played it yet. Xenoblade on the original Wii is also one I am greatly looking forward to.
For Switch, you basically have the games I would like to own at one point. I only have around 10 physical switch games, plus Yooka layle digital, but still have only beat 2 of them. Breath of the Wild an Mario Odyssey I want to play before the year ends. Let me know which one you enjoyed more out of those two.

Hello, I am back again here and also replying to a 2 year old comment on my dialogue box. You have a lot of cool nintendo games on your library, and I see that you are very diligent with your collection, often completing games. Its been years since I have truly completed a game, I used to do that back when I was a teen mostly and had fewer games to focus on, and a lot of time. I just aim to beat the main story in most games now, due to how little gaming time I have in the present. I have some many unplayed games that its not even funny.
I finally got a Nintendo Switch in july of 2019, just in time for Pokemon and Fire Emblem. I have only beaten Pokemon sword and smash ultimate (unlocked all the characters). I have not been playing much Switch due to also having backlog in other consoles that I want to finish first.

Yeah, I’m doing good too! I’m missing the summer pretty hard, but school’s been going alright. That’s awesome that you’ve started going to Smash tournaments. I’ve been playing a lot more online lately, and I’m trying to get Ridley into Elite Smash, but every time I get super close, I’m knocked back down a ton. It’s just made me realize how bad at Smash I actually am, haha. I’ve got a lot of time before I’ll be able to get anywhere in an actual tournament Good luck in all your future matches!

Flying mobility really is awesome! I had a similar experience with Ingrid (Falcon Knight) when I played the Blue Lions route.

Yep, all routes done! And I played it very thoroughly just as I had planned to before. I wasn't able to 100% the support log though... but beating the 4 routes definitely gave me the chance to complete most of them. I'm planning to finish it by the time the DLC comes out or sometime in the future.

My favorite is Golden Deer despite starting with Black Eagles.
Claude is just an overall friendly and relaxed guy to be around and I liked the story and characters. Marianne is my favorite due to her character development.

In general, I enjoyed it a lot! It made it to my top favorites. The soundtrack is quite good, I agree. The Edge of Dawn is the new Lost in Thoughts All Alone and Inheritors of Arcadia. How is Black Eagles treating you so far? Any characters you've taken a liking to there?
