Kid Chameleon has an undeniable charm, despite being such a simple platformer. To me it's the comfort food of platformers: it doesn't do anything new, but what it does, it does very well.

I don't know its base stats for building up, especially compared with the other versions. But in this one you can actually customize it, from increasing all types of EXP and Gald obtained to x2 or a whopping x4, to decreasing them to 1/2 or even turning them off. You can also disable the random encounters! So yeah, it's nice knowing that I can make the game more easygoing in case it becomes a hassle.
