Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice
Made it to the Ashina Castle Gate and immediately got destroyed by the Blazing Bull. The fight with Gyoubu Oniwa beforehand was so fun though!

Current Impressions! I'm loving this game. When it gets good, it gets GOOD. It very much suceeds in making you feel like a ninja, with amazing level design to complement it. It can take a bit to understand the combat, hell I'm not sure I'm completely used to it yet, but it's honestly pretty satisfying. Defeating a boss feels sooo good, it gets you HYPE! My only problem so far is the death penalty. It kinda holds me back from fully enjoying the game, which wasn't the case in From's previous work.

Kingdom Hearts III
Proud Mode beaten, unlocked the Secret Movies. Incredibly mixed on it.. Still plan to 100% it though. I wrote some more thoughts in the comments.

☆☆★★★ Gameplay-wise I consider this game to be great. I like most of the new mechanics (though there are a few that I hate). The difficulty is a problem though. Let's not kid ourselves, even on Proud Mode this game is too easy. However my BIGGEST problems are the narrative and especially the pacing. I could write a whole post about it to be honest.. All the story that matters is backloaded to the end, the Disney Worlds are filler. Post-game is lacking too but hopefully a Final Mix fixes some of these.

Normal and Hard mode finished... Long overdue! It was nowhere near as hard as I remembered. So glad I revisited it before jumping into DMC5. Achievements: 31 / 34 (91%)

★★★★★ This game is incredible, it has aged so much better than I expected and I'll glady admit I was wrong for believing otherwise. It got soo much right for a game of its time. From the balancing between each difficulty and the remixed enemies, to the combat and level design. The story is pretty alright at the start with a healthy dose of cool and (good) cheese, but the closer we get to the end the worse the cheese gets, unfortunately. The camera can be problematic sometimes but not too much.
