I figured you'd use your PSN ID so I just searched for it. Anyways, look at the information backloggery is providing you to start filling out your games. Just follow that advice.

Also to add people, go to their backloggery page and underneath their avatar there should be an option called "add to multitap" click on that and it's like adding them to a friends list. It will notify them by Private Message and they can add you to their multitap so you can see what others are playing.

If you post a comment to your wall and use "shout" it'll show up on everyone else's multitap so if you have questions it's best to use that command.
