★★★★★ "I finally got the chance to play this, and I'm blown away. What attention to detail. I don't even mind that I've been in the first area for over an hour repeatedly dying every time I make a bit of progress. It's exactly how it needs to be. Can't just charge through one area at a time and complete it. It forces you to explore." "So what I think of the game ? + Lot of hidden stuff to find + Foreground details which is a cool touch + Animations in fights"

Well, then good news! It's a suppository Mega Man 9 still holds up pretty well! Why can't more games do what Mega Man 9 did? Imagine a new Kirby's Adventure!

Count Floyd? Wasn't that...? [Searches on YouTube] Oh my God, the Ed Grimley cartoon? I can't believe I remembered that. I haven't seen that show since, like, second grade.

And Bank III and Funnel Soldier! And maybe even Daytona TwinBee!

The Turbo Mini is pretty great. And, and, if you have the Retrobit 8-button Genesis controller, it can work on that too if you use the Up-Start macro for a few seconds. The Hori wired Switch controller works on it too, but you can't use analog controls.

Dragon Spirit PCE is disappointing. Your hit box is too big, it's missing levels, the audio is a lot to be desired

It's pretty surprising how a lot of HAL's archival software seems to be locked away at a vault by this point. They released Joust on one of those tiny arcade machines you'd find at retail or something, but something like Air Fortress or the original Eggerland games? Shockingly tucked away, waiting to be out on digital services... seriously, Lolo 3 is a masterpiece, where is it? They totally could've put Lolo GB on 3DS VC but all we got was that Gator one (which is pretty much like a scaled down Rollerball), but I have a feeling that was only put there so they could go "Hey, that song you hear in Kirby: Triple Deluxe? That's the title screen in Revenge of the Gator." Today's gamers need to check out Arcana (even if it's not as good as Shining in the Darkness) and Alcahest. Oh wait, I forgot, the never ending bone that is EarthBound. That's all that matters. Continue making your hour long videos about how EarthBound is the ultimate cult classic or whatever.

Ex-squeeze me? Baking powder? That sounded like you said SunSoft is coming back. How did this news fly by me? And they're bringing Gimmick over here for the first time ever? That's fantastic news.

SMT Nocturne left a great impression on me, despite not revisiting outside of early-ish PCSX2, so it's the poster that stands out in your photos (well, Quintet, Brandish taste-wise and Mog too).

Here's the SMT3 pre-release that I didn't keep, very quickly edited. You may have seen it elsewhere, even outside the game: Apocalypse roll-up, rather muted.

This kicks ass! Look, you not only got those McDonald's Happy Meal toys, you also got that Ghaleon puppet that I remember seeing somewheres back then. This is what a true all-star classic game player represents, and it is the envy of all the budding classic gamers who only became interested in it after 2012.

How long ago was that? Your statement of "before it could be emulated properly" implies that it was during the days of BBS... or maybe this [Link]

Well, no disrespect to the games themselves. I just can't help but feel that these latest entries are again, underwhelming. Yeah I have been saying that it's great to give us other games to try out, but also we're well into the Switch's lifespan and... NES Pinball? Honestly, they should have added all the black label games they could add from the beginning. There's Rollerball, Rock n Ball, Pinball Quest, and yet... this is what they picked? Again, no disrespect to it. I played a decent amount of it when I was in 5th grade and I had a strong desire to grab all the black label games I could, but... it's as basic as it can get, and yeah, again, all the black label games should've been added from the very beginning.

Oh, for sure. Even early on people were like "I want DKC" and then it gets added and somebody put a SpongeBob picture with the caption "that's what we've been waiting for!" and I'm like "really? That's what you've been waiting for? Donkey Kong Country of all things? God, you people need to broaden your horizons." Of course they were begging for EarthBound every week, but I'm sure they're continuing to beg for Chrono Trigger and Super Mario RPG at this very minute.

I never played Rival or Congo. Maybe they're good games. Congo is Data East yeah? Is it related to Joe & Mac? You know, with Data East, that could be potential to get their Genesis lineup on board. More people need to see how good High Seas Havoc is.
