Romance of the Three Kingdoms III
Probably my favorite in the series - although I admit to not having played 9+, and played 7-8 very little, nor having played 5 at all!

This game fixes the loyalty issues I had with the second installment. While you can't increase loyalty to a specific general nearly as fast, you can reward up to 10 generals per month per city. This game makes it harder to recruit from afar, which I ultimately like, but the Perfect Advisor issue is visible here big time. 100 int means no wrong answers, and you can use this to game the RNG for recruiting generals.
Playing a new single player lately since the latest minecraft version won't run (auto-closes upon startup) on my comp.

Confused: Playing 10+ games at once
For Etrian Odyssey IV. So far it seems to be a little more confusing than the others as the world is now broken up into places/dungeons that just floors. So you kinda have to go play "Get X from Y enemy in Z dungeon" than "X thing from Y enemy"

However there is a certain amount of fun to be had.

Minion of Bak'laag: 100+ unfinished games
Consider Yourself a Hero: Majority of games are beaten
Treasure Hunter: 1000+ games
Sleep: Not playing anything
For Pirates, is that the newer 2004 version or the original 1987 version? In either case, how is it? I'd toyed with the idea of getting it (the newer one), back in the day, but never got around to doing so, at least so far anyway.

RE: Star Ocean

Well, there doesn't appear to be any DLC at all for the game itself, and there was no patch when I first ran it, so either there are no major bugs or they just never bothered to fix any if there were.

One thing I just noticed is that there are definitely missables, which is annoying. For instance, in my case, I just beat the main boss on the second planet you go to, and found out afterward that because of that, the first village gets destroyed and all the shops close, meaning that all quests I had open with those shops are gone for good and never able to be completed.

Overall... eh, it's pretty good. I'll probably stop playing it when my PS3 gets here this weekend though. May restart it later, as I'm only about 10 hours in or so, though I'll probably try to play through Tales of Vesperia at some point before going back to Star Ocean again (Tales being the only one of the three games that I bought at the same time a while back that I haven't touched at all yet, those three being Star Ocean, Tales, and Eternal Sonata).
