Oh, I played the DS ones too, but somehow they're too difficult for me .
Trauma Team is very fun, being that there are 6 different specialities~ Although, the story is short and the gameplay is easy (you can get S-rank on almost everyone in the first play). I remember reading on the internet that the creators of TT made the game easy so that the player could enjoy the story (which is great, but this one is sad compared to the others).
And you don't need to know the backstory of the other Trauma series (well, maybe of Naomi, and in one scene Derek appears, but is just a theory).
