Good luck trying to get a on Animal Crossing . It should indeed take years (and/or an awful lot of hours if you "timetravel" to complete if you really want everything obtainable offline. There are a few items obtained by putting a lot of money in the bank, and the last one requires 999,999,999 Bells in the bank. If you want to achieve it, you should already start looking into the white turnip stock market so you can predict good weeks to buy turnips and sell them at a high price. Getting lucky with all rare items should take quite a while too.

If it's a list built into the game, like Nook's catalog, they're explicitly saying to you that it is possible to collect everything. It certainly will take a long time and concerted effort, but Animal Crossing is a game that is meant to be played for months, if not years.

Hmm... yeah, I'd agree that's a and not a . You're not really handicapping yourself in any way. I guess a might be completing everything without using the online to trade with friends or by during it in a ridiculously short amount of time.

That's an interesting logic to use. I wish you luck in achieving your goal, good man! ![]() Oh, just noticed you're playing Enter the Dragonfly and Season of Ice in your Spyrothon. The latter is a pretty easy , because you need to collect all possible gems and fairies before fighting the final boss, but I can't comment on the former: I don't know where my copy is, and I haven't played it in some time. Have fun!

Au contraire, collecting stuff is exactly the intention of Animal Crossing. Just because it's challenging or difficult doesn't make it a master run. Lots of games are challenging! BUT, that's just my view. Remember, Backloggery is a personal tool. There are no hard and fast rules. You can use it in whatever way is most helpful or interesting to you.

It's over. I beat most of the games in the marathon, but I gave up on NFSMW, because I can't play it without taking 4 hours doing nothing.

My thoughts: Animal Crossing is a game that can't be mastered. Complete, sure, but it's one of those games (and there are a few) that doesn't have a buried in there somewhere.

Personally, I find the bridge between and in Animal Crossing to be very vague: on the one hand, you could say you've mastered it by doing everything available, since that's going past what the game requires of you; on the other, doing anything at all is technically going past that. If you believe the former, there aren't many ways—if any—you could achieve mastered-status.It's a complicated thing. ![]()

I'm currently thinking of creating a default theme; a collage of several popular video game characters. I need your help selecting them! Vote here! [Link]

Yes, I can't speak entirely for the what happened to Crash and/or Spyro after they left the Playstation console, but I'll try some of them out and see if the series is worth continuing after their respective trilogies. I would guess the companies offered quite a bundle to ND for Crash, considering they whored Crash out to make a plethora of games after, same would have to go for Spyro I imagine.

Ah, so it seems Spyro brings the pyro of excitement (alright, that was a bad joke...). Since I own the first game, I'll certainly buy the other two to complete the original series. From there, I'll slowly buy up the rest of the series. Crash Bandicoot seems to be more or less of the same idea, I mean, in terms of me acquiring it. The two series also seem to have a certain similarity to them though, they even did those two cross games (Spyro Orange and Crash Purple) which further adds to the conspiracy. ![]()
