☆☆★★★ I need to replay the first game to compare but something about this sequel feels....off. The story in the first wasn't good but it felt more...dramatic. I doubt I'll remember any of the characters. There is also a real lack of enemy/loot variety. The map is huge but there isn't much to do or find. I'm glad modding exist because in game methods are slow and cumbersome and I just want to get to where I'm going without bullshit. At least the game is still fun as hell to play.

☆☆★★★ I like the party dynamic more in this game than the others. They feel more like co-workers than actual friends, for the most part. The social links are very hit or miss and I skipped through most of them because how boring they were. It was definitely neat to replay this game, but if I wasn't already planning on doing that I wouldn't have touched this game. The story is still good but playing feels like a chore. Tartarus is probably one of the worst dungeons from any RPG.

☆☆☆★★ Weak in every area besides the gameplay. Each character has a vast amount of different moves to use and there are plenty of items spread around to spice up the gameplay. I don't like the quicktime events even if it adds flavor I found them to be pretty pointless. Most of the bosses suck ass and like to pull out cheap ass attacks. I can't find anything else positive to say. I think the combat is fun and if you get around how bland everything else I would say give it a try.

☆☆★★★ I don't know how to do a good story mode for fighting games, but making it some overdramatic movie you can't interact with is not good. At least the Arcade mode has cutscenes. M.O.M mode is a welcome addition to the game and I wonder why the hell it isn't in strive?? It's basically makes the game into a RPG/Fighting game. You fight people, collect medals and items, get equipment and stat boosts, and level up. You can even give you character new moves. It's fun and something strive shouldve had.

☆☆★★★ Ever wanted to play as a murderous pinball zipping all over place and smacking people? This is your game. Oh and its a twin stick shooter with roguelike elements too if you like that kind of stuff. It's pure fun and if it had more stage and boss variety I think this would be ten times better. You get a new difficulty mode each time you beat the game but that just gives the enemies a shield. It's very easy and once I get the slam and rocket jump skill the game might as well let me win.

☆☆☆★★ Really not made for single player only people. I dream of the day when this company will release anything with the amount of single player content that Accent Core Plus R has. Arcade mode or Survival mode(and not the fun one from Accent Core or even Xrd)take your pick cause that's all you have. Unless you feel like watching a movie I would avoid the Story mode. Trash. I play fighting games to fight. Oh, the gameplay is fun. If this game does one thing right is that its fun to play.

☆★★★★ What it lacks in enemy and stage variety it makes up for by being a fun as hell game. This here game is Roguelike + Megaman Battle Network + Bullet-hell + Deck builder bundled up into one hell of an experience. Every boss you fight is one of the playable characters and you can choose to spare or kill em and if you spare them they will help you out for the rest of your run. I find that downright adorable. This is one of my favorite roguelikes now.

☆☆★★★ Doesn't feature every character from the arcade version but still a decent console beat em up. The final boss plays like an actual final boss in a beat em up even if he is a bit cheap. There is a story just don't expect anything from it. Each character has their special move set and if you're really good at it you can juggle the enemies to death. I'm not though.

☆☆★★★ There isn't a lot of story in this one but I did enjoy what little it gave me. I got to bully a kid and remind him of my main protagonist-ness. I think I hate double battles now. I have never struggled so much in a pokemon game and it's because the A.I cheats. It was neat to actually have to plan out of how take on the tougher fights. I also like the extra customization like being able to change how your character throws a pokeball. Still badly optimized thankfully I had a 60fps mod.

☆★★★★ The music might not hit the same as 2s but its decent. It's my type of beat-em-up with being able to just combo people to death when you set up your attacks at the perfect time. It's a colorful game and everything is just pleasant to look at. The survival mode is the true star of the show for me. Each round you make it through grants you upgrades, like a roguelike. You also unlock new moves for whatever character you're playing as so, aces! Play if you enjoy good beatemups.

☆★★★★ A fun story that flips many of the usual Pokemon tropes around to make something actually fun to experience. The world is still ugly as shit but there's no fixing that. I love the new music is amazing and it makes me wish Gamefreak liked their customers and put their shit on Spotify. I just wish the "new" additional pokemon were...ones that I actually wanted. I really really like that I'm somewhat struggling with battles. I hope the next DLC is even better.

☆☆★★★ Gotta deal with 90s female character with her ass out and jiggle physics but if you can look pass that then you're in for a treat. It's probably one of the more "fair" beat em ups I've ever played. You'll still get cheap shotted by a random enemy. The bosses kinda lack "uniqueness"? and kinda suck but at least they play by the same rules you do, mostly. The music lacks any hard hitting tracks. I didn't hear anything that got my blood boiling.

☆☆★★★ As a full package Scarlet is a badly optimized mess of a game that lacks a lot of the QOL changes from Legends. Despite me liking the story bits and the dlc that isn't enough to justify spending full price on such an unfinished product(And I didn't) And please get rid of the open world if you're just gonna release an ugly game. It's empty and boring. I don't get why you remove customization options! I'm trying to dress my character up here and you remove my favorite pieces to change!
