I loved Beast Wars! In fact, I didn't watch any of the original Transformers until after I realize BW was a Transformers spin-off. They're both pretty awesome shows, though.

I think it depends how long you stay playing as your father. I also super rushed through the game because it was my friend's so that probably helped.
