Kill: Not even bad enough to be enjoyable, an atrocity that must be removed from the list.
Pass: Not good enough to buy at full price, but enough to play. This can include laughably bad games or just barely holding interest or fun levels.
Clear: A game worth playing, maybe on sale, possibly full price. May not have replay value high enough to keep around for a long time.
Keep: Replay value is high enough to meet this standard and I will more than likely play again, maybe even stream again.
Being a tough critic, I see very few games making "Keep" standard, but thankfully there also won't be many "Kill" strikes either. I'll be posting these (along with other misc. garbage I think of) @ [Link] (Twitter @Bitflourish)
