Endings: 2/2. Beetles: 4/4. Of all the D's that could have been in this game, I sure wasn't expecting that D.

Minion of Bak'laag: 100+ unfinished games
On Fire: 3 beat or complete in a row
If you are a fan of Sci-Fi novels I actually prefer the writing and story telling in the Halo Novels better then what they do in the games. They actually feel like what movies based off books feel like and you can get more out of the games once you've read the books just because they fill in so much. I reomend them if you're ever looking for a good Sc-fi/Military read

I love comics, but books are one of the few things I actually try to go digital with. I haven't found a reading service for comics that works as well as digital books on a Kindle so I don't read nearly as many comics as I would like to. I do like to borrow physical books from the library, but aside from a hand full of popular manga my library doesn't lend out comics.

I know! I would love to get the a Animal Crossing Bluray/DVD if it was ever released here. I've seen a fan dub floating around and was told it was good but I haven't checked it out yet..

I've been slowly picking up all of Miyazaki's films on Blu Ray and rewatching them as I'm getting them so it's currently what I've been "obsessing' over lately. I would love to see any of the movies in theater and Cagliostro would be close to the top of my list to want to see in one. My theater is bringing The Nightmare Before Christmas to the theater for a weekend this year, but saddly where I've been sick I don't think I'd be able to sit through a whole movie in theater.

I'm a huge Pixar fan so I definitely am looking forward to Coco!! It's on my calendar of releases I'm looking forward just so I don't forget it's coming out

Yep! I've had both Xbox and Ps2 versions of Psychonauts in the past and I'd recommend the Xbox one too out of all the versions.

Consider Yourself a Hero: Majority of games are beaten
I'm rather crazy, so I like to play franchises in chronological order. So, Castlevania has been rather hard as I had to beat the 3 NES games first. After beating CV3 recently, I can finally move onto CV4 and I'm super excited for it. I watched a friend stream it and it looks surprisingly easy compared to the NES games. CV1 is a classic, no doubt about that. Beware of some stiff controls and unfair difficulty, but it is doable. The only way I could beat Death was with the Holy Water glitch. It's a hard game, but it is very fair too. Also, the music is some of the best in the series!

Yeah, The World Is Not Enough tries things that I don't think the developer was ready for. First Person Jumping is very hard as I was jumping too soon and dying several times because I never knew when to jump. Also, the last level is first person swimming while holding your breath and beating a clock. It took me years to beat that part and I basically had to mirror a video while doing it. Unfortunately and I completely agree that GoldenEye is a unique individual and there is no game quite like it.

With my growing list and current life status of too much free time, I've decided to replay some of my games for Completion. With Final Fantasy X being one of my favorite, that was an easy choice. But, I'm looking back at games I beat before Backloggery and my notes are so vague, especially regarding my giant RPG's. I'd be curious to find out if I actually the game, but I marked it just to be on the safe side.

Right Hand of Bak'laag: 1000+ unfinished games
Treasure Hunter: 1000+ games
On Fire: 3 beat or complete in a row
Confused: Playing 10+ games at once
Hey, Feather!

Awesome, I'm glad you enjoyed it. The slow gameplay is a common criticism, but I feel it actually adds to the atmosphere. An interesting thing about the development of the game, is that everything about the beetle flashback scenes were kept a complete secret by Kenji Eno; even from all of WARP. In order to keep his publisher from forcing him to censor any of the violence, he made a fake "finished" version with those scenes absent from the game, and replaced it with the real version at the last second. The guy had the balls to do crazy shit like that - he even publicly announced Enemy Zero to be a Saturn exclusive at the 1996 PlayStation Expo, giving Sony the finger for not producing enough copies of D PS1 to meet the demand of pre-orders. I love him so much.

I actually find the 78 puzzle at the beginning to be even more annoying, since the timing is pretty tricky... it's easily the hardest part of a speedrun, since failing on the first attempt is a reset. (Yes, I actually speedrun D... and to my knowledge, I have the world record for the 3DO version. Can't record though. ) I thought the rotating room was pretty annoying too, but through speedrunning, I discovered that holding the A button actually speeds it up a bit, preventing the scene of Laura slowly letting go and grabbing the damn thing over and over.

I don't have a complete longbox copy of the PS1 version, but I'll seek it out some day. I do have a CIB longbox 3DO copy though, and it's so beautiful... has a slight tear on the front though, but I'm happy with the deal I got.

I wish you luck in tracking down a copy of E0! I snagged the only sealed one on Amazon pretty recently. The only one currently up is way overpriced... I spent about $39 for it sealed, in good shape.

Thanks! You too.
The greater the difficulty, the more glory in surmounting it.
