Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life
Fall 3, year 1. I take a long time to do anything in this game, but I'm still learnin'

★★★★★ This game embodies what makes Harvest Moon great for me: quirky characters, weird but heartfelt relationships, awkward cutscenes and quaint farming/ranching. The only game in the series where your character (and all other characters) truly age as time passes. I also like the slightly older ages of many villagers at the start of the game. Although many of this game's mechanics were never used again in the series, this game is a good starting place for people new to Harvest Moon.
