I know, but I didn't mind paying since it was some new FF4 stuff XD

Luca was pretty cool, who doesn't dream of having a female dwarf in their party!! I also had a place in my party for Ursula, the daughter of noble Yang. She rocks!!

Yep, you had to pay individually for each episode on WiiWare when it got out about 30 months ago. It was 8$ for the first episode, and 3$ each afterwards, and another 8$ for the final episode.

So FFIV Faithfuls like me had to pay about 50$ to get the complete package, without Interlude! I'm going to go through the PSP version one day so I can finally play Interlude and see the global picture!
TAY has some good points, but it also has its flaws. It cannot compare itself to the original FFIV!

I do have the PSP version of FFIV, but I haven't played it... yet *Shows list of hundred of games that need attention*

I've heard nothing but positive things about the PSP port though. How was the soundtrack? As for the DS version, I did enjoy it a lot even though it was brutally hard. There were some bosses that needed more than to try and decipher their attack patterns. Ugh... But I liked it a lot!

Finally, about FF4AY : I thought it was a fine continuation of the original FFIV. Some of the new characters are interesting, but they aren't as develop as FF4 since there are so many! Also, WAY too many random battles! That was my main complaint about the game. SE should bundle all the episodes into one big package and sell it like 12-15$ or something, because it does get expensive to buy each episode piece by piece at 3$, sometimes more!
