Tales of Crestoria

The story is pretty intriguing on par with console Tales, but it's a shame the battles are pretty weak. This is most evident in the fact that each character only ever has the same two special attacks and a normal attack no matter how much you level them up, and a mystic arte you won't get to use if you finish battles too quickly. The thrill of summoning is quite nice though since the Tales games have a tremendous history to select from, and the banners feature full motion videos and cut ins.
Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space
Butterfly City and Heaven's Cradle was nice. Can't say I agree with the protags being all Marche-like though.

This gatcha game is a welcome surprise as it is a fully functional (albeit somewhat simple) JRPG offering that's entirely single player with no real reason to spend any money on in-game currency throughout the progression of the game. I would rate everything in this game above average for a mobile game, especially the effort put towards the graphics, music, and voice acting for every single possible unit! If this were a paid game or a console release it would be below average, but solid overall.
The King of Fighter ALLSTAR
Terrible luck with Battle Cards recently. I'm going to have to pity BS at this rate. Must have used up all my luck with the last banner.

I'm pretty addicted to how well done this is for a mobile gatcha game adaptation of a legendary fighting game series. While some characters are objectively leagues better than other characters at max level and investment, it's really impressive that you can use just about any character's version from any year. One think that does irk me though is the streeeeeetch af characters included for the sake of enticement. Lady Chibi Clone Zero is three adjectives in the wrong direction already.
