Hmm... We never used to play WoW solo. Well, we've always had each other to play with, yet I've kind of let my account collect dust in deactivation the since last semester started three to four months ago. In the last month, before he deactivated his account, he pretty much just did battlegrounds and dailies alone. The last of our group finally dismantled after one last fit of drama, I guess.

I really hope he'd like it (Skyrim) since it's one of the ideas I gave my mom as a gift for him... If it's not what he'd like, maybe he can return it to get that new Star Wars MMO and play with my cousin and his buddy. Question: Can we both play Skyrim with one DVD-ROM?

Is it pretty good (stupid question, I'm sure)? How would you say it compares to WoW as a (kind of) ex-WoW player? The other-half needs something new to play... Thinking about getting it for him sometime in January.

Too awesome that you're playing Phantasy Star with your son. I've only played two-player Ninjatown and Plants vs. Zombies with my other half's kid. Helped him with tons of one-player games on his DS. Sadly, he always wants to quit as soon as he loses... Better not ever introduce him to some old-school games!

I'm still working on the first book... I thought I would've finished it by now, but no. Right now, I'm at the part where Tyrion's champion volunteers himself for the trial by combat. Cat's sister is still just as creepy in the books as she was in the show! Hopefully, once I make it to the second book it'll go by more quickly. I'm guessing it's because I already know most of what happens in the first book from watching the television series.

I'm back on WoW, if only for a month! I forgot how much I missed doing battlegrounds. Then, after doing a night's worth of battlegrounds, I find myself wondering why I missed them so much. Sent my "WoW mates" to bed joking about having nightmares about me. I get so fired up over people fighting in mid-field, especially during Warsong Gulch!
