I *really* wanted to commit to a single save file on Switch, but I'm learning some hard truths about the Crimson Courtyard. Restarting.

☆☆★★★ A smart and efficient adventure game with a cool story about evolving AI which is held back by one particularly nonsense puzzle and a frustrating mechanic for finding and interacting with environmental objects.

☆☆★★★ The first time I played this I was disappointed, and that hasn't changed here. I enjoyed it as a shooter this time around, but its political statements are tone deaf and seem to end up siding with the ostensible villains. The ending doesn't make any sense even by the rules established by itself; BioShock Infinite doesn't seem to understand what the word "Infinite" means.

Destiny 2 Beta — Hard Landings

I shouldn’t have been surprised by these hard landings and fatal impacts given the name of the Strike: The Inverted Spire. The name is a paradox, a spire calling to mind a structure that reaches to pierce the sky, but here we have one also reaching...

Oh, that explains it.
Welp, you would need a bunch of time and patience to play all of then at once really.

I paid $4 for The Order: 1886 and even without that, the length (accounting for what the game is) is perfectly fine. The rub is that despite the somewhat unique setting, it feels like a third-person cover shooter I've played at least a half-dozen times before.

oh man, have fun with Overcooked! I had a blast playing with my brother. Few moments of big chaos with some arguments that we'd settle in versus mode haha. Anyway, enjoy it!

I was playing Ground Zeroes, not Phantom Pain. Regardless, I can only judge an actor based upon what he's done, and Sutherland sounded flat and bored in more or less every line.

Edit: Maybe it's a blessing then that I heard that Snake is just mute for large parts of Phantom Pain - if the option is that or Sutherland sounding bored AF, I'll take the former.

The Order: 1886 Edit: The internet likes to dogpile on things, and when it was revealed to be a short campaign some people almost took glee in ripping it apart. It's not revolutionary by any means, but people got way more negative on it than it deserved.

Ah, I understand. I figured it out (and actually happened to have the cork) when I played the area, although I did leave the train and restock my cards sensing the impending boss battle.

But I will agree, the cryptic puzzle bullshit can be beyond annoying. I had that problem with Ludwig. I had the clue from the Liar Toad and had no clue what I was missing because I completely missed the balloons in the park. It was one of two locations I absolutely would never have figured it out without a guide.
Play critically.
