Reventure was pretty fun! The postgame stuff kind of soured the experience, but I really enjoyed discovering all the different endings. Very creative, very funny.

Thanks! Nice to know you.

I grew up with the North American versions of the NES games, and I had an opportunity to play the Japanese versions when my friend and I did an all-day marathon a decade ago. I'm one of the biggest Mega Man/Rockman fans you'll probably ever meet.

I discovered I actually like the classic Mega Man series since I played The Wily Wars on the SEGA Genesis Nintendo Switch Online app last year. And since then, I've gotten Mega Man Battle & Fighters, the NEOGEO Pocket Color game based on the arcade games, and the arcade games themselves in Capcom Arcade 2nd Stadium and now the games I could get on the Wii U Virtual Console. I came to the conclusion I wanted them to be part of "the" legacy system objective I have for the Wii U before its eShop closes.

I'll be playing the games in order, including 7 and Mega Man & Bass (GBA version). Unfortunately for 8-11, I need to get them on Switch, which I eventually will. I also intend to get the Game Boy games on the 3DS Virtual Console as well

Yo, I actually beat it about 9 years ago and am replaying it for 100% (and the platinum). I recently replayed Xillia in preparation for wanting to play Xillia 2 soon and had such a blast I decided to go back to Graces. I'm still very early in the game, I think I just met Pascal (love her), but it reminded me of why I love this series so much. I've been pairing it with Xenoblade 3, which is just massive, so it's been a slow ride so far.

I've been cleaning up my backlog recently for uncompleted games, and it's been incredibly fun to replay games I hadn't played in a long time. A lot of the games from my youth I replayed in the last 10 years so nostalgia doesn't hit me hard with most of them anymore, but these hit me right in it and I am all for it!!!

You've not been playing anything recently?

Yeah I don't dare actually working on my CRTs. I actually send one of them to an expert in my country for repairs since I'm just way too scared to do anything with them. I'm also just not knowledgeable enough about them to fix complex issues beyond a recap. If you have a rare or expensive CRT it might be worth finding someone to repair it. The one I send took me 4 years to find, so not repairing it would definitely be a waste.

Thanks, I'm quite the completionist for any game I play (to a reasonable extent), so platinum trophies are a wonderful addition for me. I find myself buying multiplatform games specifically for the PlayStation because of them. I really like seeing the numbers go up. Nintendo not having achievements or trophies really baffles me honestly. What's your psn? I'll add you as a friend

I checked your youtube channel out, it was quite a journey indeed. There are so many videos about all kinds of games. But it's cool to see your progression.

Capture card technology is endlessly interesting to me. I used to own an Elgato Game Capture HD which I specifically bought for its analog inputs. The encoding was pretty shit, but at least I was able to record it. Since almost all of my consoles are RGB though, it was hard to record/stream most consoles. I really think that for my setup analog inputs in a capture card are no longer ideal since my upscaler is basically the heart of my setup anyway. It makes it a lot less messy like this and probably higher quality too. Even though I don't stream much anymore, having the "best" possible quality is something I always strive for. I don't know where this obsession comes from but it's something I greatly enjoy working towards.
