I'm thinking of getting Dark Souls. Is it better than Demon's Souls?

Revelations is brilliant. I am thoroughly enjoying it is far. There are less chapters than any of the games, but so much more content. They have done well in taking a formula that is really quite difficult to change and making it fresh enough that it doesn't feel boring.

There are a lot of missions that give some history to Desmond and Altaïr that connect their story with the continuation of Ezio's story, so at the very least if you are playing the series I recommend getting it for that alone. They also added a new mini game centered around your assassin's dens that is really difficult but a great way to remove some monotony out of the old formula. It just really is such a solid game.

I love this series because of how I have watched all of these characters grow. I feel like I know Ezio personally and that he was once a friend of mine, you know? I enjoy that about games a lot.
