It's nice to have the option too, to flip it on the fly. I just finished it, and it worked really well. I had some jank with the cutscenes, like Olga phasing through a wall, but I'm willing to bet it was the port and not the mod lol.

I probably will replay MGS1 at some point. I have actually been testing out the third person mod of MGS2. It's pretty cool. Took me like two hours to set it up because I'm inept, though lol!

Yeah, the only time I would consider fast travelling would be the elevator after you get the PAL key, but I don't think that there even is one in that segment lol. Damn it now I want to play this game again lol!

I always forget that MGS1 had box travel lol. I never felt the need to use it. Even in Twin Snakes it just never really bothered me.
